Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days
- Econ Shipping: 7-21 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Easy Elegance LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages
Easy Elegance LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
6. International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. The customer is responsible for any additional fees, customs duties, or taxes associated with international shipping.
7. Returns Policy
For returns or exchanges, customer must send details and pictures of the defective product via email.
